What is the reach ?
The reach is a metric designed to help you measure the audience size you can effectively reach given the retargeting rules set up on your cart recovery campaign.
It is a percentage estimated thanks to your last carts data.
For each Campaign or User Journey, the reach represents the ratio of carts matching both your Audience criteria and contact details and/or opt-in information that are required and available.
It will definitely help you when specifying your audience, or choosing you touchpoint.
