Carts Guru allows your business to retarget clients that have abandoned their carts on your website through 5 different channels.
Content per channel can be personalised, and used either simultaneously or at different times. You can define the retargeting strategy either yourself or by an account manager. More information regarding the strategy of your channels and how they can be used, refer to the article "Rules".
Text Message and Email channels can only be efficient when your website collects email and phone contact details of visitors that have an account on your website. Other channels do not require this information. To find out more about the other channels, see the other channels articles published.
