How Do We Make It Work, The Prerequisites
You need to have the internal resources to manage outgoing calls: through your call centre or customer service.
The aim of the "Automatic Phone Call" is to receive a call on behalf of your call centre/customer service. This will allow you to call back a certain visitor that has abandoned his or her cart and convert them into a sale.
There is no additional cost to automatic calls.
How to Edit Them?
You have to specify the phone number on which you wish to receive the call (your call centre number, receptionist…).
These can be adjusted by visiting: Website Settings > Voice > Add a Number.
You also have the possibility to specify the hours at which you wish to receive calls, and you can also indicate the days in which you wish not to be reached.
