A customer creates a cart, leaves it, then comes back 5 hours later. What happens next?

One of two things:

  • If any action (email, SMS, call etc) has already been taken based on the trigger rule, we will continue to process the logic of the rule.
  • If no action has been taken yet, we will consider this a new cart and perform rule matching.
