21% VAT is applied to all Spanish and other EU merchants who haven’t added their VAT ID to their account.

If you don’t have a VAT ID we are unable to use reverse charge and must add the VAT ID. Please check the validity of your VAT ID through VIES before entering it into the system.

How to update the VAT ID?

You can update your VAT ID in 2 clicks.

  1. Connect to your account 
  2. Click on Account
  3. Go to BILLING CONTACT
  4. Fill your VAT ID, by clicking on "Edit"
